Chicago Bulls shooting guard Zach LaVine is open to getting traded to the Sacramento Kings to play with De’Aaron Fox, according to NBA insider Sam Amick of The Athletic.

Fox and LaVine are both represented by Rich Paul of Klutch Sports Group. Paul also represents Los Angeles Lakers stars LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

“For all the public focus on the prospect of James and Davis teaming up with LaVine with the Lakers, the overlooked part is that Kings star De’Aaron Fox is a major priority for Klutch Sports these days as well,” Amick wrote. “Per league sources, LaVine would be very amenable to a Sacramento move that would make him Fox’s backcourt mate.”

NBA NEWS & TRADE RUMORS: Zach LaVine, Chicago Bulls, De’Aaron Fox, Sacramento Kings Updates

LaVine would like to land with the Lakers, Miami Heat, Philadelphia 76ers, San Antonio Spurs or Kings, according to NBA insider Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports. The Bulls are expected to trade LaVine before the February trade deadline.

LaVine signed a four-year, $78 million offer sheet with the Kings in the offseason of 2018 during restricted free agency, but the Bulls matched the offer sheet. The two-time All-Star is averaging 21.0 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.4 assists this season while shooting 44.3% from the floor, 33.6% from beyond the arc and 86.6% from the free-throw line.

LaVine doesn’t have a no-trade clause in his contract, so he can’t control where he gets traded. The UCLA product hasn’t played since November 28 due to a foot injury.
