The Houston Rockets are not interested in acquiring Zach LaVine from the Chicago Bulls, according to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.

LaVine and the Bulls are open to parting ways, but the Rockets are not in on the LaVine sweepstakes. Houston already has Jalen Green at the shooting guard position and he’s younger than LaVine.

Looking ahead to the February trade deadline, the Rockets will look to continue upgrading their roster with the tradeable contracts of Victor Oladipo, Jock Landale, Jeff Green and future draft pick(s) compensation, per Scotto. Jae’Sean Tate has also drawn exploratory trade interest from several playoff-caliber teams.
