One NBA writer is proposing that the Indiana Pacers trade for Cleveland Cavaliers star Jarrett Allen in a blockbuster proposal. Andy Bailey of Bleacher Report proposed the following trade idea between the Cavaliers and Pacers:
The Deal: Cleveland Cavaliers trade Jarrett Allen, Isaac Okoro, Ricky Rubio, Sam Merrill and a 2030 first-round pick swap to Indiana Pacers for Myles Turner and Buddy Hield
“Twenty-five-year-old Jarrett Allen also turns the clock back two years for Indiana’s 5 spot,” Bailey wrote in his latest NBA trade column. “He could be an excellent pick-and-roll and alley-oop target for Tyrese Haliburton. And Isaac Okoro is worth a flier for a young team in need of some depth on the wing.”
