Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro recently worked out with Brooklyn Nets point-forward Ben Simmons, fueling rumors that he may get traded to the Nets soon. Multiple NBA teams are interested in trading at least one first-round pick for Herro, who could be traded in a three-team deal involving Portland Trail Blazers superstar Damian Lillard.

Lillard has requested a trade from the Blazers and only wants to get traded to the Heat.

Herro has been telling people close to him that he expects to get traded by the Heat to the Nets, according to Ethan J. Skolnick of 5 Reasons Sports. The Heat, Nets and Blazers could do a three-team trade centered around Lillard.

Herro has removed “Miami Heat guard” from his Twitter bio. The Kentucky product averaged 20.1 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.2 assists for the Heat last season. He was third on the team in points per game, trailing only Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo.
