Why The Chicago Bulls Do The Deal
This is a much weaker one than the previous one. It’s kind of the point of the whole thing, isn’t it? There is no doubt that the Bulls should embrace their losses after all.
There was a debt they owed to the Orlando Magic last season, as they were owed their first-round pick. They will be in charge of their own destiny in the upcoming season.
This is an opportunity that should be maximized by the Bulls. If anything, this deal does not go far enough in that regard. As a result, the Bulls have been able to sign a number of quality young players to their team.
In spite of this, if they were able to move DeMar DeRozan, they would be a bottom feeder team. The Bulls seem to be on the verge of blowing up their core this summer, and this should serve as the first step in that process.
