There is no doubt that it is not an easy goal to achieve. A championship in the NBA is a very difficult thing to achieve. 

Take a look at the history of the league and you will see what I mean. Choose a decade from the past. There is a good chance that only 2-3 teams walked away with championships. 

Let’s take a look at the Indiana Pacers. It has been a long time since this team has been in the NBA. There has been a lot of success for them. In spite of this, they have never won a championship in the NBA. 

As far as the Toronto Raptors are concerned, they have – once. It is true that they haven’t been around as long as the Pacers, but at least they have been around.

However, the fact that the Raptors have managed to win a single title since coming into the league in the early 90s qualifies as a success in itself.
