Every team in the NBA has the same goal. They’ve just got different ideas of how they’re going to accomplish it. 

The goal is an NBA championship. The question is one of time. Are we trying to win a title now, or down the road? It can be a difficult question to ask.

On the one hand, you don’t want to rush the process. Sometimes, you can rush into mediocrity. On the other hand, you don’t want to waste time either. 

That’s a question the Indiana Pacers need to be asking themselves. Does this team want to let their young core grow together? Or, should they try to accelerate their timeline this summer?
