Charlotte Hornets Receive: F KJ Martin, 2023 First-Round Pick (No. 4 – HOU), 2024 First-Round Pick (BKN via HOU)  

If the Hornets love Miller, they won’t be able to agree to this deal until the day of the draft. 

After all, he may not be on the board at 4. On the other hand, some have suggested that Amen Thompson could be the target for several teams who might acquire the third pick from the Portland Trail Blazers. 

If he is, this swap should work for both sides. The Hornets get to take their guy, add another wing in Martin, and a couple of extra firsts. 

Meanwhile, the Houston Rockets have a major need for a point guard. This team could use Scoot Henderson as much as any team in the league. Pairing him with Jalen Green would give the Rockets one of the most exciting young backcourts in the NBA.
