The Phoenix Suns have got to trade Deandre Ayton during the NBA offseason. At this point, there’s no sense in delaying the inevitable. 

Ayton has been in trade rumors for a couple of years now. The Suns dragged their feet when offering him a rookie extension. By now, this relationship feels destroyed. 

In the last couple of playoffs, it’s looked destroyed, too. Ayton has been accused of not giving a full effort on the court.

The eye test gives some weight to those accusations. This is over. Rumor has it that the Suns agreed.

Recently, it’s been suggested that Phoenix has every intention of moving Ayton this summer.
