Sure, the Charlotte Hornets had a rough 2022-23 season. They might still feel that they’re further ahead than their record suggests. 

After all, Ball spent much of the season on the sidelines. With better health from their star point guard next season, the Hornets could take the league by surprise. 

With the addition of OG Anunoby, that rings even truer. If the Hornets like Miller, why not land a young wing who’s already one of the best 3-and-D players in the NBA?

As for the Toronto Raptors, this is a no-brainer. They underwhelmed in 2022-23 in spite of decent injury luck. Look for them to take Scoot Henderson and run in this situation.
