New York Knicks Receive: C Joel Embiid 

Here, the Sixers are getting a cleaner slate. If Harden leaves, and they make this deal, they’ll plunge to the bottom of the standings. 

Meanwhile, without control of their own draft, that’s a little problematic. At the same time, they will control New York’s draft for the foreseeable future. With Embiid’s injury history, that’s fairly valuable in its own right. 

 Of course, it’s not all the Sixers are receiving here. This deal is stacked with intriguing young players. We already touched on Robinson – he’s an elite rim protector at 24.
