This should be a full-scale teardown. The Bulls have no chance of contending as currently constructed. It’s time to start over. 

Landing a pick that’s already conveyed at 11 is a good start. Granted, the Bulls won’t land a franchise player.

Still, adding a young talent like Gradey Dick, Cason Wallace or Keyonte George gets them off on the right foot. 

If they do move DeRozan and let Vucevic walk in addition to this deal, they’re in even better shape. Next season, the Bulls will be in a prime position to tank. 

After all, they’ll already own their own pick.
