Of course, any reasoning the Pistons used in acquiring Bogdanovic probably went out the window when Cade Cunningham got injured. 

In all likelihood, the idea was to land a veteran who complimented the 2021 first-overall pick. There’s some sense in that. At the same time, the decision was still questionable. 

Suppose Cunningham had been healthy this year. How many more games would the Pistons have won? Five? Would that have been worth jeopardizing their lottery odds? 

After all, the Pistons enter the upcoming lottery with the best odds in the league. If they’d grown organically, they’d live without those odds.

On the other hand, winning games due to the presence of a veteran who’s well off of their timeline is merely a short-term solution. 

With that in mind, should they move him this summer?
