If the Suns are flipping him, they could use a guard who puts pressure on the rim. That’s why they’re acquiring Rozier here. Moreover, Martin is a solid 3-and-D wing who would deepen their rotation. 

Meanwhile, a fresh start on the Dallas Mavericks feels appropriate for Ayton. As for the Hornets, they’ll be landing a 2027 first-round pick for a team that could be in a desperate position by then.
