New York Knicks Receive: F/C Giannis Antetokoumnpo
For Milwaukee, this would hinge on their evaluation of RJ Barrett. If they’re high on him, this works. If not, then another trade construction is needed.
Barrett hasn’t necessarily been an easy player to evaluate. With that said, he has flashed potential in these playoffs. At times, Barrett has looked like an emerging star.
At other times, he’s looked like a role player. Still, Barrett is young. Inconsistency can be expected. If the Bucks see flashes, they could make this move.
Perhaps they don’t. Milwaukee could be turned off by Barrett’s inconsistency. In that event, they may prefer a different package.
