Every NBA career doesn’t get off to the same start. Often, we expect a high lottery pick to play like a star from day one.
That isn’t realistic. As a matter of fact, plenty of lottery picks never reach that level.
On the other hand, some are just late bloomers. They have a key skill or two to develop before they reach stardom. With that in mind, don’t count Jalen Suggs of the Orlando Magic out just yet.
With that said, the Magic could cut ties with him. Markelle Fultz may be the point guard of the future here.
If Orlando wanted to shop Suggs this summer, it wouldn’t come as a shock.
