Lately, there’s been a lot of talk about success and failure in the NBA. We can thank Giannis Antetokoumnpo for that.
The former MVP gave a passionate speech when asked if the Milwaukee Bucks had failed this season. Antetokoumnpo said that every failure is a step toward success.
It was a reflective answer. Of course, it’s also debatable. An NBA team enters a season with goals. If they don’t achieve them, they will have failed in the eyes of some.
For example, look at the Memphis Grizzlies. Certainly, this team intended on advancing past the first round of the playoffs this year.
If they had a wing that could consistently shoot, they may have been able to. While antics are a big reason why, they are not going to be bringing back Dillon Brooks “under any circumstance.”
Here are three we think they should target this summer.
