The New York Knicks are better than we thought they’d be. They are one of the more intriguing teams to pay attention to during the NBA playoffs now.
Give this team credit. There were plenty of questions about them heading into this summer. They’ve answered every single one of them.
Julius Randle had a difficult 2021-22 season. He was outstanding this year.
Some wondered if Jalen Brunson was worth the contract the Knicks gave him. Now, he looks like a bargain.
With that said, we’d still be shocked to see a Knicks championship this season. If it happens, we’ll eat crow – again.
If it doesn’t, perhaps acquiring Jimmy Butler of the Miami Heat could put them over the edge.
