The Bulls haven’t historically made a habit of tanking, either. They may want to change that.

It’s time to start over. At the same time, this deal doesn’t have the Bulls completely tanking. Herro may be a downgrade from LaVine, but he’s a productive NBA player.
He’s also five years younger. That’s the main purpose of this deal for the Bulls. Still, they also deserve some draft capital.
