We’ve all heard stories of twins who were separated at birth. One way or another, they often find each other. Their fates are linked. 

Often, that’s a result of a deal with long-term implications. For example, look at the Brooklyn Nets and Houston Rockets.

The Rockets own the Nets’ first-round picks, whether outright or via swap, until 2027. Now, every decision that the Nets make has an impact on the Rockets.
