A stubborn person is a dedicated person. They’re likely to stick to their vision and let nothing stop them from achieving their goals. On the other hand, stubbornness can cost you.
Teams that fail to contend on an annual basis and don’t make changes get stuck in mediocrity.
One could commend their stubbornness, but it may be costing them opportunities.
For example, look at the Washington Wizards. It’s hard to remember the last time this team looked like a contender. Yet, they continuously refuse to trade Bradley Beal.
