It’s going to be interesting to see where the Warriors go from here. 

Some rumors suggest that general manager Bob Meyers could be departing this summer. Meanwhile, the Warriors have a massive luxury tax bill looming. This roster is expensive.

The golden era of Warriors basketball may be drawing to a close. 

This deal could help them usher in a new era. Ingram is young enough to build around but also experienced enough to help the Warriors bridge the gap. Adding him could make them a stronger team this season.

Perhaps they’ll have to make other, cost-cutting deals. Draymond Green could be expendable here. In either case, the Warriors are getting the best player in this trade – it’s a no-brainer.
