The NBA’s landscape is always evolving. 

With that in mind, some will question the validity of this proposal. If Kyrie Irving could only fetch one first-round pick, why is O.G. Anunoby getting two along with a swap and Zaire Williams? 

Well, Irving’s aforementioned reputation is a huge factor. He’s also in a contract year. Finally, he’s about five years older. As strange as it may sound, Anunoby currently has more trade value. 

This ought to be a fair deal for both sides. The Raptors get a great future-focused package that helps them rebuild.
