Why The New Orleans Pelicans Do The Deal 

As far as the Pelicans go, injuries have affected more than just Williamson this season. Brandon Ingram has missed even more time. 

It is possible that this is the reason why the team is only 26-27 after a promising start to the season. There were title aspirations for the Pelicans this season. As of now, they are beginning to seem a little unrealistic, aren’t they? 

In the meantime, they could rest on their laurels and hope for better health in the future. As an alternative, they could do something more drastic. That would be one alternative that could be considered. 

Of course, they’re not just giving Ingram away. As a result, they are going to be acquiring one of the best offensive point guards in the NBA.
