Why The Los Angeles Lakers Do The Deal
There’s little question that a reunion with Julius Randle will make sense for the Lakers.
Firstly, it would improve their floor spacing. Randle has been inconsistent from deep over the last few years, but he’s certainly a better shooter than Westbrook.
At this point, he’s probably equal as a playmaker, too.
Following this deal, the Lakers would arguably have the best frontcourt in the NBA when Anthony Davis, Julius Randle, and LeBron James on the roster.

Should the Knicks really help the Lakers improve?
