Of course, each NBA player is an individual. They’ll have their own motivations that determine whether or not they’ll look for a change of scenery.
Some players want to win at all costs. If they’re on a losing team, they’re not going to be happy. Period.
Other players are more concerned with their individual performance. That’s something we generally dislike as fans, but realistically, we can’t know what would motivate us as NBA players. We aren’t in the NBA.
We don’t know what motivates Kyle Kuzma, either. At the same time, if rumors about his discontent are true, he must be a winner. After all, he’s having a career season on the 17-21 Wizards.
