The Sixers may need this depth more than they need Harris.

Meanwhile, the Sixers could use some better guard depth as well. After all, James Harden and Tyrese Maxey have both suffered injuries this season.
Having Rose on deck would make it a less significant problem if they did it again.

Yet, the prize here may be Toppin. He’s an aggressive defensive playmaker who should be able to co-exist with any lineup. Losing Harris may sting, but that trio of players should do more than ease the pain.
