Of course, LeVert knows how it feels when an NBA team gives up on you. That’s a situation he’s been in more than once.
In fact, the Knicks would be LeVert’s fourth NBA team. For that matter, there are reasons why LeVert keeps getting traded. Some of them are positive, and some of them are not.
On the positive side, LeVert is a dynamic offensive player who can create shots for himself and others. A player with that skill set will always have some value.
Having said that, LeVert has his worts as well.

Specifically, he tends to be inefficient. It’s been observed before that LeVert often plays outside of his team’s offense. Moreover, he has the tools to be a defensive stopper, but so far, they haven’t translated on that end of the floor.
