Consider it a testament to DeRozan’s work ethic. Few players in league history have continued to improve into their 30s the way DeRozan has. It feels like every year, he adds a new component to his game. 

Still, few could have seen him putting the type of season together that he did last year. In fact, DeRozan found his name in MVP conversations for the first time in his career.

At his age, that’s a remarkable feat.
