3. Orlando Magic
The Orlando Magic have done a solid job rebuilding the roster with high-upside, young players in the last year or so. Ahead of the 2021 trade deadline, they decided it was time to rebuild and traded away numerous veterans.
Nikola Vucevic, Aaron Gordon and Evan Fournier were all on the move. A youth movement was underway and have a solid core being constructed. However, if there is one area that they could use a little more help, it is on the wing.
The Orlando Magic have a ton of talent in the backcourt with Cole Anthony, Jalen Suggs, Markelle Fultz and R.J. Hampton. In the frontcourt, it is much of the same with Paolo Banchero joining Mo Bamba, Wendell Carter Jr. and Jonathan Isaac. Franz Wagner is really the only true wing they have, which makes this an ideal landing spot for Cam Reddish.
At the very least, Reddish could earn minutes as the team’s sixth man off the bench. But, given his skill set and potential, he could work his way into a starting role, especially if he finds his 3-point shot. The Orlando Magic was abysmal last season offensively and could use a shot in the arm, which the athletic Reddish can provide.

Possessing prototypical two-way size, the potential is there for Reddish to become a very good player. He just needs to stay healthy and receive extended minutes to try and realize it. That didn’t occur in Atlanta and doesn’t look like it will be in the cards in New York, either.
