The New York Knicks have been busy this NBA offseason reshaping the roster for the upcoming season and into the future. They have done a great job under Leon Rose maintaining flexibility and maneuverability, which has put them in a position to make some transactions, which they have done.
They were able to clear cap space earlier in the offseason to enable them to sign Jalen Brunson in free agency. Isaiah Hartenstein was also signed to bolster the frontcourt rotation and bring a different skill set to the center spot.
Rose can be lauded for a lot of moves, but the one that it looks like he will fall short on came during the season. In January, the Knicks acquired Cam Reddish and Solomon Hill from the Atlanta Hawks in exchange for Kevin Knox and a first-round pick via the Charlotte Hornets, which didn’t actually convey.
Reddish was looking for a fresh start and a larger role, but he did not find that in New York. Tom Thibodeau already had all of his minutes allotted to RJ Barrett and Quentin Grimes.

As a result of that, Reddish has now requested a trade from the Knicks just months after they acquired him from the Hawks. He is still seeking that expanded role and would like to be traded to a team that can accommodate him.
Which teams could provide him with the playing time that he is seeking? Here are three of the best trade destinations for Reddish before the 2022-23 season.
