Entering the 2022-23 NBA season, the expectations are as high for the LA Clippers as they’ve ever been.
The Clippers had a strange 2021-22 NBA season. In essence, it was a write-off. They started the season with Kawhi Leonard on the shelf for the year with an injury.
Obviously, they knew that would limit their success for the year. When Paul George went down mid-season, they were basically sunk.
Call it a gap year. Clippers fans are only deserving of so much sympathy – they’ll enter 2022-23 with strong championship odds. After all, the Clippers have one of the most talented teams in the NBA.

This team, with good health, will compete for the NBA championship. Still, adding Myles Turner could make them unbeatable.
