Philadelphia 76ers
Realistically, the Philadelphia 76ers should be a suitor for any quality veteran that finds themselves in the market.
After all, the 76ers are set for star players. Between Joel Embiid, James Harden, and Tyrese Maxey, they’ll be in the running for the NBA title in 2022-23.
They could, on the other hand, use better supporting players. Derrick Rose would qualify. Granted, the Philadelphia 76ers did just acquire De’Anthony Melton. Do they have room for Rose in the rotation?
Frankly, we don’t care. The 76ers need to acquire talent and worry about fit later. Besides, a little internal competition never hurt anybody. The much younger Melton and Rose are on roughly even ground at these respective stages in their careers.

At the very least, the Philadelphia 76ers would enter the year knowing they’d have a quality backup point guard. If they have two, they could flip one for a more needed asset at the deadline.
