Los Angeles Lakers
The Los Angeles Lakers don’t have a specific need for a Terry Rozier type. They need talent, period. After one of the most disappointing NBA seasons in recent memory, they can’t spare any expenses in improving this team ahead of 2022-23.
They may have a realistic shot at landing Rozier. Again, the Hornets need to clear long-term cap space. With three years remaining on Rozier’s deal, they may be willing to part with him in exchange for Russell Westbrook’s expiring pact and a first-round pick.
If they were, it would greatly benefit the Lakers. Rozier is by far a more suitable fit to play alongside LeBron James. Basically, it boils down to the fact that Rozier can shoot.
Who’d have thought that would be significant in basketball?
