Despite the disappointing end during the NBA Play-In Tournament, the 2021-22 season was a success for Charlotte. They increased their win total by 10 games over last season, finishing with a record above the .500 mark for the first time since the 2015-16 campaign.

Things are about to get very expensive in Charlotte, which will dictate how they make moves this offseason. Miles Bridges is going to get a huge raise as a restricted free agent after his breakout season.

P.J. Washington is extension eligible this season as well, while LaMelo Ball is in line for a max extension next offseason. That could lead to the front office looking to move some long-term salary this offseason.
