Malcolm Brogdon
Consider Malcolm Brogdon the supercharged version of Tyus Jones.
In either case, the LA Clippers would be acquiring a point guard who’s known for high-IQ plays and value both on and off the ball. Arguably, the comparisons stop there.
Brogdon is accustomed to a higher usage role than Jones. That’s probably because he’s a more naturally talented scorer. As a Clipper, he’d be taking a backseat we haven’t known him to take.
Consider this a gamble that he’d be willing to take it. Malcolm Brogdon doesn’t strike us as a selfish player. His high-scoring outputs as a Pacer were probably due to necessity as much as preference. On the Clippers, he’d feature in a new role.
