Remember T.J. Warren? The wing that showed an impressive ability to score the ball down in the bubble? He had a bit of a rivalry with Jimmy Butler.
During the 2019-2020 season, Warren averaged a career-high 19.8 points, but we have not seen him much since.
Warren has played just four games since that season. He has dealt with different issues that have kept him off the court. Like Ingles, the good news here is that Warren might come cheap.
The Knicks have missed their chance on plenty of big names over the years. Whether that is an unwillingness to play or the players just do not want to come, there have been plenty of swings and misses. Warren is still just 28 years old and could revitalize his career a bit in New York.

Warren is a career 15.5 points-per-game scorer. He is shooting 50.7% from the field as he excels from the mid-range. Warren has since added a three-point shot into his game, but thrives at using his athleticism to get to the rim and create his own shot.
At this point, RJ Barrett can play multiple positions on the floor. With Warren next to him on the wing, there would be more room to operate.
Warren might not be viewed as a player that can take the Knicks to the next level, but he has the ability to add more offensively. That is where New York could use some help. Once he gets his legs back under him, Warren could be a productive option.
