Utah Jazz Receive: G Danny Green, G Matisse Thybulle, G Isiah Joe
Philadelphia 76ers Receive: F Bojan Bogdanovic
For the Utah Jazz, this trade basically boils down to Bogdanovic-for-Thybulle. They’ll only be interested in making it if they’re launching a rebuild this summer.
If they are, Thybulle is a good value acquisition in exchange for Bogdanovic. At 25, he’s already one of the best defenders in the entire league.
On the other hand, he’s probably one of the worst offensive players as well. Still, if he can improve his accuracy from long range, he’ll instantly become one of the best 3-and-D wings in the NBA.
Meanwhile, Isiah Joe is a flyer. The former second-round pick averaged 11.1 minutes per game for the Philadelphia 76ers in 2021-22. It’s hard to argue that he’s on track for superstardom, but he could still develop into a solid, rotation-level guard.

Finally, Danny Green suffered an unfortunate ACL tear in this year’s playoffs. It’s unclear whether he’ll be playing NBA games next season. For our purposes here, he’s a contract. With that said, if the Jazz are willing to eat an even larger deal, they might be able to get more value out of the Sixers.
