Presumably, the Wizards traded for Porzingis at the deadline this year because, you know, they wanted him.

We’re not sure what they say about presumptions, but we’d assume it’s the same thing they say about assumptions:

Nothing is certain in the National Basketball Association. Teams take the opportunities they’re provided. Sometimes, those opportunities are stopgap measures until better ones come along.
