Regardless, the Bulls finished with 46 wins and will have a chance to compete in the postseason, which is something that they have not done consistently.
Rozier might be a strange fit with the Bulls, but a team can never have too many options. If the Bulls can put a package together, Rozier is the type of guard that would provide quite a punch coming off the bench.
