Milwaukee Bucks Will Sweep Series
Sort of an anti-climactic final prediction – but I just don’t see Chicago winning a game this series.
As I mentioned, the Milwaukee Bucks swept Chicago in the regular-season series. Chicago had similar trouble with the rest of the NBA’s elite.
Against the top four seeds in each conference, Chicago has an abysmal 2-21 record. Their two wins came against the Boston Celtics and Dallas Mavericks in early November – both teams that got off to slow starts this year.
Expanding to look at their match-ups against all of this season’s playoff teams, the Chicago Bulls managed just a 21-27 record. For context, the lowest remaining seed in the East, the Atlanta Hawks, have a 21-26 record against those same teams.

The Bucks have offered no reason to think they’re anything less than the champions they were last season. The Bulls, on the other hand, have not offered much to inspire confidence. The Bucks are simply a better team and will have no trouble with Chicago.
DeMar DeRozan might be able to will the Bulls to at least one win with his scoring – but I’m not counting on it. Bucks in four.
