Josh Green Breaks Out

It is going to be a team effort to replace the production that Doncic provides. This is the exact situation that the team wanted Kristaps Porzingis for, but he was unable to live up to the expectations and was traded to the Wizards.

There isn’t a single player on the Dallas Mavericks, and not many in the NBA in general, that can do what Doncic does. Dallas is going to need many players to step up in his absence as long as he is out.

Spencer Dinwiddie and Jalen Brunson are two players that will be relied upon to pick up some of his slack. Brunson is having a great season and Dinwiddie has gotten things on track after a disastrous start to the season with the Washington Wizards.

One player that will step up big time for the Mavericks is Josh Green. Green has had his role grow in his second season in the NBA and could see an even bigger role with Doncic out. He will take full advantage, becoming an integral part of the team’s rotation.
