5. Los Angeles Lakers
The Los Angeles Lakers made their first move of the offseason, parting ways with head coach Frank Vogel. Acquiring Nick Nurse would constitute a blockbuster deal should they be able to pry him away from the Toronto Raptors, but the roster could also be in for one.
Despite his struggles, trading Russell Westbrook would still count as a blockbuster deal. He is a future Hall of Famer and big-name player.
People will be keeping an eye on where he goes, as he could very well secure a buyout and select his new team after that.
While the Lakers are extremely unlikely to get back an impact player, they could fill out their rotation by breaking Westbrook’s contract up into multiple pieces. The Orlando Magic and Detroit Pistons are two options from that standpoint as long as Los Angeles is attaching draft capital.

There is also the off chance that Anthony Davis is moved this offseason. The Lakers’ current situation is bleak, but their future is even cloudier with a lack of draft capital and young building blocks. If they want to clear cap space for the 2023 offseason, unloading Davis is an option.
