The Timberwolves have emerged as a legitimate playoff threat early in Anthony Edwards’ career with real room to grow as they bolster the supporting cast around him and Karl-Anthony Towns.

Among the key areas for the Timberwolves to consider making is on the wing. A player of Jerami Grant’s caliber would bring an immediate answer in that regard.

With the floor-spacing that Towns provides the rest of his team when he’s on the floor, Grant could feast attacking the rim from the perimeter. His quickness against slower-footed fours would bring the best out of his skill-set.
