#2 LA Clippers
Another insane option for Kyrie Irving in the offseason is to not only go to Los Angeles but join the Clippers instead of the Lakers.
Having Paul George and Kawhi Leonard, the LA Clippers would be more than happy to sacrifice a handful of contracts to bring in Irving and this trio would be virtually unstoppable as long as they could stay healthy.
How Kyrie Irving would fit mentally with Paul George and Kawhi Leonard is a question mark, but talent-wise, the LA Clippers would be the team to beat in the Western Conference moving forward.
Marcus Morris Sr., Norman Powell, Luke Kennard, and/or Nicolas Batum could all be moved in a potential sign-and-trade deal for the Clippers to acquire Kyrie Irving from the Brooklyn Nets.

The only problem with this scenario is that both teams are projected to be over the salary cap and likely to be paying luxury taxes next season, meaning that the Brooklyn Nets and LA Clippers would have a tough time finding a deal that equals out financially.
The LA Clippers would like to add another backcourt option though and the addition of Kyrie Irving would surely propel them to the top of the NBA’s power rankings.
