The Golden State Warriors hold high aspirations of NBA title contention with Stephen Curry still leading the charge. Lately, he’s been out of the lineup and the team has sorely struggled without him.

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski and Kendra Andrews, Curry and the Warriors share confidence in his availability for the start of the playoffs, but he will be sidelined for the remainder of the team’s regular-season schedule.

“Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry will have his left foot sprain re-evaluated in a week, but both he and the team are confident that the recovery timeline will allow for him to be back for the start of the Western Conference playoffs, sources told ESPN on Friday.”

Warriors coach Steve Kerr told reporters after Friday’s practice that he’s “not too worried about (Curry)” as he continues to recover from his foot injury.
