OTHER NOTABLE PLAYERS OUT FOR THE YEAR

John Collins (Hawks): Collins has yet to be ruled “out for the year” by the Hawks, but he is dealing with a nasty-looking sprained right ring finger and a strained right foot that he had a non-surgical procedure on. The Hawks’ forward is not likely to return this season, especially with the Hawks not expected to advance past the play-in tournament. 

Robert Williams III (Celtics): The Celtics’ center suffered a  meniscus tear in his left knee and will have surgery within the coming week or so to address this injury. 

Dean Wade (Cavaliers): Underwent successful surgery on Monday to address lingering issues with the meniscus in his right knee.

Tim Hardaway Jr. (Mavericks): Has been sidelined since Jan. 25 with a foot fracture; Mavericks say it is unlikely that he will return for a potential postseason run.

James Wiseman (Warriors): Golden State announced on Mar. 25 that Wiseman would not play at all this season as he continues to work his way back from a meniscus tear in his right knee.
