Miami Heat Receive: F Harrison Barnes
Sacramento Kings Receive: G/F Duncan Robinson
Should the Miami Heat open up trade discussion centered on Duncan Robinson, the Sacramento Kings could very well be a team that is willing to inquire about the 27-year-old sharpshooter’s availability given their need for difference-makers outside of their two stars.
De’Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis are a really strong “one-two” punch for Sacramento, but the rest of their roster is lacking talent and most importantly, this team has virtually no three-point shooting threats.
Since entering the league ahead of the 2018-19 season, Duncan Robinson has been one of the best three-point shooters in the entire NBA and he ranks 6th in the NBA since 2019 in total made threes.
The Kings have plenty of cap space to play around with in the offseason and with Harrison Barnes set to enter the final year of his contract, they may be willing to move him prior to the start of the 2022-23 season.

Barnes has long been rumored to be on the trade block and the Heat could wind up being a perfect landing spot for him given the two-way nature to his play on the wing.
Harrison Barnes has won a championship before with the Golden State Warriors and knows his role around All-Star talents, which is why he would be a really solid one season addition for the Heat.
Whether or not they are willing to part with Duncan Robinson though is the main question for Miami to answer.
There have been some rumors about them feeling out Robinson’s trade value at this past year’s trade deadline, which could mean that Miami is already thinking about moving on from the three-point shooting wing.

Duncan Robinson still holds value to his name because of his ability to knock down multiple three-point shots every game, which is why the Heat would be smart to look to trade him right now while his value is high.
