1. Philadelphia 76ers Will Keep Winning

One of the things that factor into the NBA MVP discussion, while not always fair, is team success. If you are on a team that finishes near the top of the standings, your MVP campaign receives a boost.

For Joel Embiid, this will likely be the area that James Harden helps his race to the NBA MVP the most. With him in the fold, the Philadelphia 76ers should continue winning at a high rate. 22 games are remaining in their regular season and it would not be shocking if Philadelphia is betting favorites in at least 15-17 of those games.

That will give Philadelphia a chance to not only bolster their record but continue climbing up the standings. They have three games remaining against the Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat, the two teams ahead of them in the Eastern Conference.

Games against the Milwaukee Bucks and Phoenix Suns will also be great opportunities for the 76ers to pick up marquee wins. Three games remain with the upstart Cleveland Cavaliers as well.
