Along with also being interested in Pistons’ forward Jerami Grant, the Knicks have also been linked to the Sacramento Kings and 24-year-old guard De’Aaron Fox. New York’s backcourt has been a mess this season and with Kemba Walker not playing well, adding a point guard is essential for this team to find success. 

Knicks general manager Scott Perry and team president of basketball operations Leon Rose have shown willingness to switch up their team’s roster over the last few seasons and with the Knicks currently struggling to remain in the Eastern Conference playoff picture, everything has become more clear for them in terms of what this team needs.
